This is a great opportunity for a Construction Project Administrator to join a fast-paced Canadian construction company made up of fun and intelligent people working together in a progressive workplace.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating travel, accommodation, and site logistics to ensure personnel are deployed efficiently and on schedule. The role also supports workforce administration by assisting with onboarding documentation, orientation scheduling, timesheet maintenance, and other employee-related administrative tasks. Working closely with clients, vendors, airlines, hotels, camps, and transportation providers, the Project Coordinator helps ensure smooth project operations while delivering timely logistical support and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
