Position: Construction Planning Expert
Experience Required: Minimum 12+ Years
Qualification: Master’s in Construction Planning / Construction Management or equivalent with Graduation in Civil Engineering.
Prepare detailed project plans, construction schedules, and work programs for infrastructure/construction projects.
Monitor project progress and ensure activities are executed as per approved timelines and milestones.
Develop baseline schedules, resource planning, and cash flow projections.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders for planning and execution activities.
Identify project delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and recommend corrective measures.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead schedules, and MIS reports.
Track project performance using planning and scheduling tools.
Assist in monitoring productivity, resource utilization, and construction sequencing.
Support project management in delay analysis, recovery planning, and schedule optimization.
Ensure compliance with project objectives, contractual timelines, and reporting requirements.
Strong experience in project planning and scheduling for construction/infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Good analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple project activities and stakeholders effectively.
