
St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a full time Construction Mechanic I for our Construction Department. The Construction Mechanic I, under the supervision of the Director of Facility Operations and or Manager of Construction, perform duties as required to accomplish project completion such as but not limited to demolition, building trades as follows; carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and other related duties. The Construction Mechanic I will make penciled drawing changes to blueprints as to obtain as built drawings. The Construction Mechanic will be capable of working on individual projects without necessary help.
Qualifications
High School or GED required. Trade school or equivalent is preferred
EXPERIENCE:
4 years preferred in building trades.
SKILLS:
Must be proficient in two building trades and familiar with all applicable skills listed. Must be
able to operate a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
