A growing telecommunications construction company is seeking an experienced
Construction Manager
to oversee
aerial and underground fiber installation projects
throughout Florida and across the country.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating field operations, managing crews and subcontractors, monitoring project schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Oversee aerial and underground fiber construction projects
• 
  Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and project resources
• 
  Monitor schedules, productivity, quality, and project completion
• 
  Ensure compliance with company and jobsite safety requirements
• 
  Communicate project progress and field issues with customers and management
• 
  Resolve construction challenges and keep projects moving on schedule
• 
  Verify completed work meets project specifications and quality standards
• 
  Travel to project locations throughout Florida and nationwide as required

Qualifications

• 
  Previous telecommunications, fiber, OSP, utility, or related construction experience
• 
  Construction management, superintendent, or field leadership experience preferred
• 
  Knowledge of
  aerial and underground fiber installation
• 
  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• 
  Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities in a fast-paced field environment
• 
  Willingness and ability to travel extensively is required
