Construction Manager – Substations
$94,000 - $117,000 | In-person reporting to Duluth, Little Falls, or Eveleth, Minnesota

Required Education & Experience

• Associates degree in engineering‑related field, drafting, or electric power/electrical utility substation technology OR journey level lineworker, substation technician, or relay technician.
• Six or more years of experience in construction execution, electrical design, or electrical engineering.
• Competent in Microsoft 365 suite, Adobe, and drafting programs (e.g., Bluebeam).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Field work and extensive travel to customer sites with occasional overnight stays required.
• This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude.

Preferred Experience

• Industrial or utility design experience.
• Substation, transmission line, or distribution construction experience.

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $94,000 - $117,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
