Key Responsibilities

• Project Manager Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Site Manager/Supervisor Oversee daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Site Inspector Conduct inspections to ensure construction work adheres to plans, specifications, and regulations.
• Safety Manager Develop and implement safety protocols, conduct safety training, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Cost Estimator/Planner Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and schedules, and monitor project expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry.
