Construction Manager (OFCI) (m/f/d)

YOUR Mission:

• Coordinate and oversee OFCI vendor interfaces and critical equipment deliveries (Generators, MV/LV Switchgear, BAS, EPMS, AHUs, UPS) per DIV01 specifications
• Engage with vendors at early manufacturing stages, identify project risks and manage throughout design, fabrication, and installation phases
• Align vendor equipment schedules with project timelines, attend Factory Witness Tests (FWT) and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), conduct off-site manufacturing visits for quality control
• Monitor site works and conduct regular inspections, record non-conforming work and drive corrective actions with visible on-site presence
• Coordinate with GC and subcontractors on work methods, installation requirements, and required sign-offs
• Assist in change management, handover planning, and snagging activities; coordinate with client and contractor teams
• Provide advice to client design team on vendor equipment elements; escalate issues and make recommendations

YOUR SKILLS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (beneficial)
• 5+ years' experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation, or commissioning
• Deep knowledge of data center critical equipment and Manufacturing QA/QC with FWT/FAT experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and online document management (Procore, Bluebeam)
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in German and English (strong verbal and written communication)
