Construction Manager (E&M)

Lead E&M installation for treatment plants, focusing on pumps/SCADA in sewage contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee supply/install: electrical/mech systems, commissioning.
• NEC issue resolution; energy-efficient integration.
• Coordinate with civil/process; safety audits/handover.

Minimum Requirements

• MHKIE (Elec/Mech or equiv.).
• 7 years post-qual in E&M contracts.
• 5 years as main contractor CM/Site Agent/PM in sewage E&M.
• 1 year NEC or training.

Desirable (Full-Score Bonus)

• 11 years post-qual in main contractor E&M for municipal facilities.

Reporting & Location Reports to Project Manager; site-focused (NT).
