
We are currently hiring for the below position for one of our leading clients in Saudi Arabia (PMT Division).
Position: Construction Manager (Cross-Country Pipeline)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years (with at least 3 years in a similar position)
Industry: Oil & Gas / Hydrocarbon / Pipeline Projects
Mandatory Requirements: Must hold Saudi Aramco approval as a Construction Manager. Minimum 3 years of experience in cross-country pipeline projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage project construction activities from IFC to handover.
Supervise and coordinate all phases pipeline, piping, structural, civil, E&I, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, IFC drawings, quality plans, and HSE requirements.
Monitor project progress, manage resources, and control costs within schedule and budget.
Develop and implement construction plans and ensure subcontractor management and documentation of scope changes.
Forecast manpower/material requirements and monitor productivity.
Liaise with client representatives and PMT departments.
Promote and ensure QHSE compliance across all activities.
