The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating construction activities associated with healthcare facility projects within an active hospital environment. This role oversees all phases of construction project delivery, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, quality assurance, and closeout. The Construction Manager serves as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, contractors, architects, engineers, and government leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements.
This position requires full-time onsite support at a healthcare facility and may require work during evenings, weekends, and off-hours to support project schedules, facility operations, and critical construction activities. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in active hospital environments while coordinating multiple stakeholders and construction teams.
