Job Description

  • This is a 60+ year old roofing company servicing 4 states across the Midwest and Southeast
  • They also offer gutter, siding, windows, masonry, and insulation services
  • Better Business Bureau accredited with an A+ rating

What is Being Offered:

What The Position is About:

  • Oversee and inspect the planning, execution, and completion of commercial roofing projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
  • Lead superintendents and field crews across multiple commercial projects, ensuring continuous improvement and training
  • Plan project schedules, manpower, and material logistics
  • Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, quality, safety, cleanliness, and site security
  • Monitor job costs, labor efficiency, and project profitability
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and execution
  • Assist in resolving construction issues to maintain productivity
  • Perform close-out, inspections, and job completion sign-offs

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong commercial exterior trade experience, commercial roofing is ideal
  • Proven leadership experience managing superintendents and crews
  • The ability to manage multiple crews and project simultaneously
