Responsibilities

• Responsibility for project implementation in accordance with the terms of the contract with the client, within the established timeframe and budget, and while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Project planning, project organization, and project implementation control.
• Coordination of activities on the construction site of the investment, based on the technical specifications, construction plan, budget, legislation, and regulations.
• Coordination and supervision of contractors' activities, including identifying delays and implementing corrective measures.
• Coordination of the work of the construction supervision team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Project / Construction Management
• 5+ years of experience in managing/supervising construction projects as a construction manager/supervision inspector/project manager
• Experience in coordinating work on large investments, particularly in the industrial sector (production plants, warehouses, etc.)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project
• Good command of English
• Category B driving license
• Strong organizational, communication and team building skills

We Offer:

• This is B2B cooperation (business to business), a freelance position.
  You will need to have your own registered company / PFA in order to provide the service and issue invoices for the service.
• Contract for about 2 years with the possibility of extension.
• Work on the project from Monday to Friday, sometimes also on Saturdays.
