We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for supervising onsite activities, coordinating contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of construction projects on site
• Support development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Provide regular progress and issue updates to stakeholders
• Address construction, safety, and quality issues as they arise

Qualifications

Education & Training

• Associate’s degree in related field required or equivalent years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Certification in Construction Management or Project Management (PMP) preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• One to three years of construction management experience
• Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with construction and project management software
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and decision making abilities
