The Construction Manager – Process Filter Upgrade is responsible for the delivery of the process filter replacement project as part of the Alternative Fuels (AF) programme at Berrima Cement Works.
The role focuses on the safe and efficient execution of demolition, installation, and integration of the new process filter system within a live cement plant environment, including tie‑ins to existing process and gas handling systems.
Operating within a brownfield environment, the Construction Manager is accountable for coordinating site execution, managing contractors, and ensuring the bag filter is installed, commissioned and handed over in line with safety, environmental, operational and performance requirements.
The role requires a practical, site‑focused Construction Manager capable of coordinating multi‑discipline construction, shutdown and integration activities within a live plant environment, with a strong focus on safety, sequencing and plant continuity.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this is a 20 month fixed term contract based on site at New Berrima, NSW.
