The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Construction Managers to join our Infrastructure Delivery, Construction team and lead the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of transmission line and substation construction works across NSW.
This is a key leadership role within our construction workforce. Reporting to the relevant Construction Team Manager, you will help shape how construction works are planned, resourced, staged and delivered across a diverse pipeline of high-voltage infrastructure projects. You will work closely with field teams, contractors, project teams, HSE, Maintenance and other stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, practically and to the required standard.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the work but also wants broader ownership across construction planning and delivery. You will bring structure to complex work fronts, provide technical direction, support sound decision-making and help ensure our people and delivery partners have the clarity, resources and support needed to perform.

Location Options
We are open to candidates based across our NSW depot network, including Sydney, Newcastle, Yass, Wagga Wagga, Tamworth and Orange as we have opportunities in each of these locations.
