Are you looking for an opportunity to lead impactful capital improvement and renovation projects within a growing real estate portfolio?
We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multi-residential renovation and capital improvement projects across Ottawa and Quebec. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from acquisition and planning through construction and completion while working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and municipal authorities.
The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of capital projects, including apartment renovations, common area upgrades, building envelope improvements, mechanical system upgrades, and structural improvements.
This individual will oversee all phases of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, design coordination, tendering, construction management, and project closeout.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and organized professional with strong technical building knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
