  • Lead and manage on-site construction supervision for infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, public realm, etc.).
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with approved design drawings, specifications, and quality standards
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams on a daily basis.
  • Review and approve method statements, work plans, and construction schedules
  • Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.

    Quality Assurance and Control

    Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures on site.

    Conduct inspections, review test results, and ensure corrective actions are taken when required.

    Ensure compliance with international standards and Saudi codes/regulations

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • Master’s degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.

Experience

  • 15+years of experience in infrastructure construction and supervision projects.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure works (roads, utilities, urban development).
  • Experience working in Riyadh or GCC region is highly preferred.
