Telecom Construction Manager / Inspector

📍 California (Sacramento, Bay Area, Central Valley, LA, San Diego)
⏳ 1-year minimum contract | Potential extension

Telecom Construction Manager / Inspector to oversee and inspect multiple small underground fiber projects across California. This role involves managing handhole/manhole placement and short fiber runs, coordinating contractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and inspect multiple telecom construction sites

• Manage scheduling, contractor coordination, and reporting

• Review and interpret telecom plans/prints

• Oversee project close-out and quality control

• Communicate daily/weekly with CMs

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of telecom underground construction or CM experience

• Strong skills in reading prints, reporting, and contractor management

• Comfortable working in public/private ROW environments

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and standard management tools

• Self-starter with excellent people skills and attention to detail

• Laptop, phone with/ hotspot, valid driver’s license, ability to travel

Certifications

• OSHA 10 (or ability to obtain)

• BNSF/UPRR safety training (provided if needed)
