Site-based leadership role responsible for the delivery of a high value, high impact project.
Working directly under the Project Manager, you will be accountable for coordinating and managing site construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with program, budget, quality, stakeholder and contractual requirements.
This role bridges the gap between project management and engineering leadership, providing strong construction direction to Superintendents, Supervisors, Engineers and subcontractors.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that construction methodology, sequencing, productivity and workforce coordination are aligned to project objectives, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and operational discipline.
