The opportunity

We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to help manage our current and future projects in Adelaide.

As a Construction Manager at Hindmarsh, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of the construction project. You will deliver the project with effective management of time, cost, safety, environment legislative, financial, industrial and quality based contract requirements, ensuring the contracted completion date is met and effective client management.

Requirements

• Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Building, Construction or equivalent
• Over 15 years demonstrated experience as a Project Manager; with experience delivering $100m+ projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team
• Experience managing projects with a high focus on safety, quality and environment challenges
• Well versed in coordination and client liaison
