About The Role
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of industrial projects across Akura’s portfolio, with a strategic focus on supporting the company’s expansion. This role ensures effective resource planning, operational execution, and leadership across project teams driving strong performance in quality, safety, and financial outcomes.
Acting as a key cross-functional leader, the Construction Manager plays an integral role in strategic planning, fostering collaboration between departments, maintaining strong client relationships, and mentoring teams to achieve results aligned with Akura’s growth objectives and core values.

About You
You are a highly experienced and detail-oriented
Construction Manager with a strong background delivering large-scale, turnkey,
industrial projects. Ideally, you have progressed through the construction
industry from the ground up, bringing practical, hands-on knowledge that
informs your leadership and decision-making.
You bring the ability to balance strategic
oversight with operational delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines while
maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You are a confident
leader who can guide teams, make informed decisions under pressure, and foster
collaboration to achieve consistent project and business success.
