The Construction Manager (CM) provides leadership, direction, and oversight during all phases of construction around a fully operational jobsite, primarily in the food and beverage market segment. The CM is involved in the construction phase of the process. The Construction Manager coordinates construction efforts, predicts and resolves conflicts before they affect the project, and delivers timely, cost-effective solutions. The CM oversees various projects by effectively utilizing resources to provide a finished design that meets all aspects of the construction/engineering specifications. This requires the CM to coordinate and supervise the project from conception to completion. The Construction Manager ensures that the client's highest expectations are met by delivering all projects on time, within budget, and in a safe manner.
