Company Background:

We are representing our client a leading Property Development company, to look for Construction (Project) Manager to join their construction team.

• Salary: RM10,000 - RM15,000 + Allowances
• Work location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
• Working days: Mon - Sat (8am - 5pm) - Alternate Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination Plan, schedule, and manage daily construction activities, ensuring resource optimization and timely completion of projects.
• Site Supervision Lead and monitor site teams (managers, surveyors, engineers) and subcontractors to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Quality and Compliance Implement Quality Management Systems (QMS), oversee testing procedures, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting Track project milestones, manage subcontractor performance, and provide regular progress updates to Management.
• Issue Resolution and Stakeholder Liaison Address site challenges, resolve conflicts, and coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities for smooth project execution.

Requirement:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is an advantage.
• At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in building construction, with a preference for high-rise projects.
• Experience with main contractors is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
