Now Hiring: Professional Construction Management Roles (MEP)

Hopkins | Lacy, the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Division of Branch, is growing and looking for driven professionals to join our team. We are hiring experienced leaders and project professionals who are ready to help deliver high-quality commercial MEP projects from project start-up through completion.

Duties/Responsibilities

We are actively hiring:

  • Project Managers
  • Senior Project Managers
  • Assistant Project Managers
  • Project Engineers

Duties/Responsibilities Cont.

Essential Functions:

Depending on your role and level, responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Managing subcontractors, vendors, and project resources
  • Tracking project costs, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
  • Coordinating field operations with superintendents and trade teams
  • Maintaining project schedules and ensuring milestone completion
  • Managing client relationships and internal communication
  • Leading teams and driving successful project delivery
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and contract compliance throughout all project phases

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial MEP construction, or project management
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, schedules, budgets, and contracts
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred for Project Manager and Senior Project Manager roles
  • Valid driver’s license

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Office days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
