Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Set the maintenance department's plan in line with the company's policies and plans.
- Define the methods and procedures for operating, maintaining, and controlling the maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment in the factory.
- Develop a plan and specify the frequency of maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment in the factory.
- Prepare a spare parts plan and procure spare parts for tools, machinery, and equipment used in the factory.
- Supervise administrative staff and store control staff to work on equipment storage effectively.
- Control and monitor maintenance results.
- Coordinate with machinery manufacturers about machinery information.
- Analyze/review preventive maintenance plans for old machinery.
- Plan maintenance when machinery breaks down.
- Control and direct maintenance in emergency cases.
- Plan and manage spare parts stock.
- Plan with the production department.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Male, age not over 45 years with graduated with engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing machinery in industrial plants.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, high responsibility, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing and supervising more than 10 subordinates.
- Availability to work on Saturdays.
