Construction Lead Interior Superintendent – Luxury High-Rise Residential

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Lead Interior Superintendent to oversee interior construction and finish operations on prestigious, high-end luxury residential projects throughout South Florida.

This opportunity is for an accomplished construction professional who understands the exceptional level of craftsmanship, precision, coordination, and attention to detail required to deliver ultra-luxury condominium residences.

The right individual will lead interior field operations, coordinate specialty trades, and work closely with project management and field leadership to ensure the successful execution of sophisticated interior spaces. Strong experience with luxury high-rise condominiums and high-end interior finishes is essential.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Lead interior construction and finish operations from initial build-out through final turnover.
• Direct Interior Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, specialty subcontractors, and interior trade partners.
• Coordinate high-end architectural finishes, millwork, stone, flooring, cabinetry, specialty installations, and custom interior details.
• Develop and maintain interior construction schedules, sequencing, manpower planning, and milestone completion.
• Coordinate interior trades with MEP systems, architectural requirements, and overall building construction activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, mock-ups, and finish schedules to ensure accurate execution.
• Monitor material deliveries, fabrication, long-lead items, and installation schedules.
• Conduct regular field inspections to maintain exceptional standards for workmanship, quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Anticipate and resolve interior construction challenges before they impact schedule or quality.
• Oversee quality control, inspections, punch lists, homeowner expectations, and final residential turnover.
• Establish a collaborative field environment focused on communication, accountability, teamwork, and attention to detail.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Proven experience as a Lead Interior Superintendent, Senior Interior Superintendent, or Superintendent overseeing high-end residential interiors.
• Strong experience delivering ultra-luxury condominium interiors and high-rise residential finish packages is required.
• Demonstrated success coordinating specialty finishes, custom millwork, stone, flooring, cabinetry, and detailed architectural installations.
• Experience overseeing multiple interior trades and managing complex finish sequences through final turnover.
• South Florida luxury condominium construction experience strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of high-end interior construction methods, specialty materials, finish sequencing, and quality-control standards.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, interior design, MEP, and detailed shop drawings.
• Strong experience managing interior schedules, subcontractor performance, material procurement coordination, and installation activities.
• Ability to identify and resolve field conflicts while maintaining exceptional workmanship and project schedules.
• Strong understanding of inspections, punch lists, owner walkthroughs, and luxury residential closeout.
• Proven ability to lead interior field teams and hold specialty trade partners accountable.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to craftsmanship and final presentation.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, General Superintendents, architects, interior designers, consultants, and trade partners.
• Commitment to safety, integrity, teamwork, and personal accountability.
