We are currently seeking a Construction Lead Engineer to join our Construction team based in Nanterre/La défense, before being deployed on site.

About the mission we offer you:
As a Construction Lead Engineer, your main accountabilities are:
• Define the construction execution strategy/plan
• Define the Construction sequence and CWA in coordination with CSU and Planning
Teams.
• Define the direct manhours, the site supervision organization chart and mobilisation
plan, estimate the needs in specialized subcontractors
• Define the «Temporary Site Facilities / Camps»
• Produce the construction procedures
• Request specific studies (heavy lift, heavy haul, scaffolding...)
• Organize & chair the constructability reviews
• Provide input to overall EPC schedule
• Support Subcontracting team in the definition of subcontracting plan and during the
selection process, issue TBT
