Pay: $14–$17 per hour, based on experience

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our client's team in Broken Arrow, OK! The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on a construction site and be comfortable performing hands-on labor tasks. We are looking for someone who knows their way around a job site and is ready to jump in and help the crew.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor and assist with daily job site activities.
• Use shovels and rakes to move, spread, and level materials.
• Swing a hammer and assist with basic construction tasks.
• Help crew members with various projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow directions from supervisors and experienced crew members.

Requirements

• Previous construction site experience is required.
• Must be comfortable using basic hand tools, including hammers and shovels.
• Ability to rake, shovel, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
