We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris and ensuring tools are properly stored.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Support the team in completing projects on time by adhering to schedules and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Must be able to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment.
• A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions or job sites.
