A Day in the Life
As an Assistant Project Manager in our Construction Group, your day blends fieldwork, project coordination, and client-facing teamwork You might start your morning in the field installing native seed or inspecting stormwater BMPs, then transition to the office to update project tracking tools or contribute to proposals. You’ll support Project Managers, help supervise habitat restoration crews, and play a key role in keeping restoration projects on track.

Requirements
What You Bring
Bonus skills: native plant knowledge, 1-3 years restoration/construction professional experience, advanced fieldwork experience, familiarity with habitat restoration practices, BMPs, erosion control, irrigation systems and native vegetation management and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and field data collection platforms such as ArcGIS, Field Maps, Survey123 or similar project tracking tools
