• The excel in managing diverse administrative tasks and time effectively and efficiently
• Strong computer skills; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing multiple calendars
• Discretion, confidentiality, and sensitivity in handling various matters
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in construction or real estate development

COMPENSATION

• Competitive compensation package, offering up to $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
