Job Title: Construction Division Manager / Senior Estimator
About the Opportunity PuroClean, a premier Restoration Contractor serving the St. Louis area for over 15 years, is seeking a results-oriented leader to drive our Construction Division.
We have a strong production infrastructure in place, including a Project Manager and Project Coordinator who handle the daily logistics of the build-back. We are not looking for a "cold caller." We have a successful Mitigation Division that generates 80% of our reconstruction leads. We need a Division Manager to step in, take those warm hand-offs, scope the loss, and get the contract signed.This is a high-impact role for an expert Estimator who wants to take the next step in their career, or a seasoned Manager who prefers the front-end sales and strategy side of the business.
