DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• Efficiently gather and interpret all relevant information for bids, including site visits, client meetings, drawings, specifications and addendums.
• Utilize familiarity with statistical methods or specialized survey research techniques as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Thoroughly review construction plans, materials and labor requirements to ensure precision in cost estimation.
• Clearly communicate with internal and external teams to discuss estimates, pricing and resolve issues while ensuring all cost factors are accurately considered.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive compensation package, with a base salary of up to $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
• Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO).
