Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Operate blade, dozer, excavator, and backhoe
• Grade checking experience preferred
• Must be willing to do some manual labor
• Observe hand signals, markings and/or grade stakes while operating equipment
• Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed
• Other duties assigned as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating blades, and dozers, preferred
• Class A CDL in good standing w/ tanker is helpful
• Knowledge and understanding of grades, elevations and reading plans
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends and overtime
• Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers.
