ResponsibilitiesUndertake project management, implementation and contractor supervision in operating railway environment, involving station improvement works, alterations and additions works Assist in reviewing contractors' submissions, monitoring and reporting all site activities, including work progress, testing and commissioning, defect rectification and as-built drawings Coordinate all interfaces with internal and external parties of relevant disciplines to ensure that all projects are carried out safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with all statutory requirements and specifications
RequirementsDegree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in construction management Experience in operating railway projects is an advantage Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred RemarksAppointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
