In this role, you will play an integral role in delivering complex, high-impact construction and fabrication projects in some of the most demanding environments in North America. Based in Anchorage with periodic travel to the North Slope, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, field execution, and project management—helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.
You will collaborate closely with fabrication teams, construction crews, clients, and engineering partners to translate design intent into executable work, while maintaining alignment with project goals, contract requirements, and safety expectations.
Purpose of the role
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction engineering activities that support safe and successful project delivery. This includes developing work packages, managing field engineering teams, supporting procurement and materials readiness, and ensuring technical integrity across all phases of construction and commissioning.
You will also act as a key technical interface between field operations, project management, and engineering teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
