You'll manage financial closing statements, coordinate draw requests, and oversee cost coding – all to ensure projects receive the resources they need.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project closing statements, providing a clear picture of project finances.
• Assist developers with cost allocation and tax analysis, optimizing financial strategies.
• Coordinate draw requests with general contractors, ensuring timely funding for ongoing construction.
• Work with lenders and investors to secure monthly debt and equity funding, keeping projects on track.
• Oversee cost coding and guide accounting in proper bookkeeping practices.
• Manage draw-related due diligence processes to ensure transparency and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 2-5 years of related experience.
• Prior real estate experience (a plus).
• Cost certification experience (a plus).
