Our award-winning client is seeking to expand their team and looking to identify and hire a Construction Cost Analyst/Estimator to join their team on a full-time basis. Our client is a premier engineering based cost segregation provider, a rapidly growing company and one of the largest in its field in the US.

Responsibilities

• Analyze various financial, architectural, and construction documentation.

• Determine building component costs of commercial properties through estimating costs records.

• Prepare cost segregation reports for upper management review.

• Manage workflow to ensure project completion within client and internal deadlines.

• Work with Project Coordinator to collaborate documentation and any support needed for the coordinator to gather additional information or documentation from clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field.

• 0-3 years professional experience. (Experience not required, but professional experience considered would be in roles similar to Intern, Estimator, Project Coordinator, Project Assistant)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Detail Oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
