Construction Coordinator

Location: In-Office (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Pay: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)

About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be comfortable managing administrative, financial, and project coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience with Xactimate
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Construction, restoration, or remodeling industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and manage customer contracts
• Prepare and distribute work orders
• Order and coordinate delivery of construction materials
• Upload estimates and project documentation into company software platforms
• Submit invoices and maintain accurate project records
• Track accounts receivable and monies owed
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and customers
• Assist with scheduling and administrative project support
• Maintain organized digital and physical project files

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
