Provide site-based coordination and execution support for progressive build activities, with emphasis on contractor coordination, work-front readiness, progress monitoring, quality observation, EHS coordination, and closeout activities.

Provide site-based coordination for equipment-installation support activities, including work-area readiness, logistics, contractor and vendor coordination, utility hook-up works, inspections, progress tracking, and turnover support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily coordination of facility upgrades, building modifications, utility-distribution works, retrofit works, and enabling infrastructure.
  • Conduct site walks to verify progress, work-front readiness, safety compliance, housekeeping, and quality of workmanship.
  • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist trades within assigned work areas.
  • Verify that construction works follow approved drawings, method statements, inspection and test plans, permits, and project procedures.
  • Assist with access, shutdowns, tie-ins, temporary works, delivery routes, material storage, and reinstatement works.
  • Maintain daily records, progress updates, action lists, issue logs, photographs, and inspection observations.
  • Escalate critical safety, quality, schedule, or operational issues in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant technical discipline.
  • More than 7 years of experience in construction supervision, site coordination, engineering, or facilities projects.
  • Familiarity with construction drawings, method statements, inspection and test plans, work permits, and contractor coordination.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, reporting, and site-coordination skills.

Preferred Background

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, cleanroom, data centre, pharmaceutical, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
