Essentials: Degree in Construction Management or related field, 8-10 years’ experience, with 3+ years in a Contracts Manager role in Ireland, proven track record in commercial construction, Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling Cert
Location: Central Dublin
Project: New-Build Hotel
Salary: €110,000 - €140,000
Package: Hybrid working (2-days from home),

Our Main Contractor client are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Dublin based team as part of a new-build hotel project in Central Dublin. This company pride themselves on their high-level of health & safety onsite and have won many awards for this.
- Promote company values and ensure projects serve business interests.
- Deliver assigned projects, guide site teams, adhere to standards.
- Plan and mobilise projects, create Project Execution Plan.
- Collaborate with senior management for project resources.
- Manage subcontractors for safety, programme, and quality.
- Oversee construction programme, monitor progress, achieve targets.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Monitor financial performance, ensure cost control.
- Chair project meetings, prepare progress reports.
- Lead site teams, ensure high standards and safety culture.
- Oversee project completion, snagging, and defect management.
- Collaborate with all departments for continuous improvement.
