Job Title - Construction Civil Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Civil Engineer to manage and execute construction activities in line with approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating site operations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and supporting successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision
Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain productivity and quality.
Monitor site progress and report status to project management.
Technical & Engineering Support
Review structural, civil, and construction drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve on-site engineering issues.
Coordinate with consultants for clarifications and design modifications.
Quality Control & Safety Compliance
Ensure compliance with quality standards, local authority regulations, and safety policies.
Conduct inspections and quality checks for materials and workmanship.
Implement corrective actions to address non-conformance issues.
Planning, Scheduling & Coordination
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Liaise with MEP, architectural, and structural teams for smooth site coordination.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and technical documentation.
Maintain records for inspections, approvals, and project handovers.
Support preparation of as-built drawings and completion documents.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
4–8 years of experience in construction and civil engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and standards.
Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments preferred.
