Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and review project designs, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and propose solutions to meet deadlines.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, progress, and any necessary adjustments.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in civil engineering within the construction industry.
• Nationality: Arabic (Preference for Iraqi or Jordanian candidates).
• Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for coordination with stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
