Responsibilities:

• Research new bid opportunities and identify potential projects with strong fit for the company.

• Oversee the entire bidding process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all pre-bid paperwork and documentation.

• Work closely with senior management on project details and effectively communicate bid information to internal teams.

• Process and distribute all bid changes efficiently, ensuring clarity and alignment with team members.

• Handle all insurance-related documentation for project bids.

• Maintain all required licensure paperwork for company employees.

• Oversee company fleet operations, ensuring proper utilization and maintenance.

• Track and manage miscellaneous company-owned property.

Required Qualifications:
