Step into a team of Master Builders where ambition meets action, and every challenge spark innovation. Here, complexity isn’t just managed—it’s transformed into opportunity. We set the bar high, drive growth at every turn, and make every project a showcase for new standards. Thrive in a fast-moving environment where commitment, collaboration, and respect go hand-in-hand—and where we believe working hard is even better when you’re surrounded by great people.

Your Mission

As our Assistant Project Manager, your primary focus will be to support the Sr. Project Manager and Project Manager on critical elements such as schedule, financials, quality, safety, and diversity while coordinating with the project team to help achieve overall project goals. You’ll also help lead Project Engineers and Assistant Project Engineers, supporting strong team performance throughout the life of the project.

Your Role

  • Get Work: Support the Client Executive, Sr. Project Manager, and Project Manager in project pursuits, RFP responses, and interviews. Help build strong client and architect/engineer relationships, and assist with the review and negotiation of owner contracts as requested.
  • Build Work: Support the financial responsibility and operational success of the project by helping manage budget, schedule, safety, diversity, and quality requirements. Assist with operations reporting, scope review meetings, subcontractor coordination, material management, MEP coordination drawings, as-built documentation, manpower tracking, cost management, requisitions, and meeting administration while maintaining strong relationships throughout the project cycle.
  • Drive Field and Trade Coordination: Coordinate with field labor, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and architects to support project execution. Verify existing conditions, monitor compliance with submittals and trade agreements, support safety documentation, and assist in the execution of quality management and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
  • Resolve Issues and Support Delivery: Assist in resolving project issues, escalating major concerns to the Sr. Project Manager, Project Manager, and/or Client Executive as needed. Work as part of an integrated team with project leadership and superintendents, recognizing shared accountability for safety and project success.
  • Build People: Commit to teaching, guiding, and enhancing the skills of Project Engineers and Field Engineers assigned to the project, while also pursuing ongoing technical and leadership development for yourself.

What We Expect

  • Knowledge of construction, engineering, and related activities, terms, and concepts.
  • Ability to read specifications and project documents to help determine construction requirements and plan procedures using proper building techniques.
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with field labor, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and architects.
  • Working knowledge of cost management, scheduling support, subcontractor administration, and project documentation.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, diversity, equity, inclusion, and continuous professional growth.
