
Verify and ensure the construction in compliant with SUEZ’s standards for civil works readiness.
Verify and ensure the equipment installation in compliant with SUEZ’s M&E installation requirements.
Verify and ensure all chemical injection points in compliant with SUEZ’s process requirements.
Prepare an action plan to adjust the construction in case of non-conformity to SUEZ’s standards.
Revise the Process Control Philosophy and Functional Design Specification in line with SUEZ’s package plant operation.
Follow up the SCADA and PLC programming development.
Review all the SCADA views. Review the functional blocks. Review the SCADA reporting system.
Prepare the commissioning plan in coordination with Paris and Beijing to test, to commission and to start-up Calawis Water Treatment Plant.
Prepare the detailed commissioning schedule, interfaced with construction (software: Primavera P6).
Prepare the ITPs related to commissioning.
Prepare the commissioning tracking and monitoring system (software: PCS).
Organize the commissioning works and team.
Prepare the Trial Operation Period
Set-up the laboratory, including instruments, tools, calibration, and third-party testing services.
Collect and study the raw water quality to optimize treatment.
Study and optimize the energy consumption system.
Conduct the handovers, dry- & wet- & process commissioning activities, and Performance testing.
Prepare necessary commissioning reports for obtention of the Taking-over certificate
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum 10-year experience in commissioning management; Experience on at least 10 international Design & Built large projects of water treatment plants (treatment capacity over 100,000 m3/day); Knowledge on SUEZ’s UCD Package Plant is necessary.
