Location: Mineola NY

Pay: $70-90K/yr

Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for project administration from sales kickoff to final completion including;

• Maintaining project documentation and managing project deadlines/ Q/A-Q/QC, budgeting
• Assist / coordinate with Project Managers for the successful delivery of the work.
• Review of project deliverables and developing the project Schedule of Values.
• Confirm materials required, generate P.O.s and track to meet delivery date RFI's, SOP drawings.
• Confirm subcontractors required, generate P.O.s, manage required insurance requirements to meet corporate compliance.
• Tracking project progress and performance. Identify issues that will cause negative variance remotely with field team.
• Coordinate with Project Team members and interact with Finance Team for billings and monthly project financial forecasting.
• Traveling to job sites
• Track change orders, collaborating with sales
• Develop & execute AIA billings.
• LOTS OF PAPERWORK

Key Interactions:

• Internal: Construction and Service Project Teams, Project Managers, Finance Team, President, Director of Operations, and General Manager.
• External: Clients, acting as a Dynaire representative.
• Keeping all paperwork in line
