YOUR MISSION: Collaborate in the development of new products and define technical characteristics by integrating specifications data and the requirements of the Marketing, Design and Development departments in accordance with functional, aesthetic quality and financial criteria. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Collaborate in the development of innovative products by defining technical characteristics that integrate specifications data and the requirements of the Marketing, Design, and Development departments, ensuring alignment with functional, aesthetic, quality, and financial criteria. - Manage the delivery of feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects, contributing to the development and continuous review of business cases. - Deliver defined features, functionality, or outcomes from designated parts of the development/engineering program, selecting the best available approach within established systems. - Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design to inform development strategies. - Support data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for product/service improvement and implement actionable insights. - Deliver small project workstreams, executing specified project activities within defined time and quality parameters, ensuring adherence to the prescribed project management methodology. - Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues, contributing to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization. - Support the collection of business requirements using various methods, such as interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis, to express requirements clearly and succinctly. - Create and maintain high-standard technical and/or user documentation, ensuring backup files are available for instant recovery if problems occur. - Develop personal capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. - Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. - Possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education. - Demonstrate experience as an unsupervised practitioner. - Exhibit basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
