Constellation Schools is seeking highly qualified Instructional Paraprofessional in Cleveland, Ohio for the rest of the 2025-2026 School Year.
Under general supervision of the Principal, the Instructional Paraprofessional performs a variety of duties, including providing specialized educational assistance, assisting and supporting the teacher in carrying out the objectives of the educational programs and lessons. The Instructional Paraprofessional may work with individual students or a group of students with special needs, assisting the teacher with instructional responsibilities to ensure compliance with pertinent State of Ohio and Federal educational requirements.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.00/hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
