Deloitte, the world’s leading professional services firm, is seeking a leader in the field of Finance Transformation – Group Reporting, PaPM & SAC.

Deloitte is seeking a lead who combines strong financial and accounting knowledge with hands-on experience implementing financial systems for consolidation, reporting and profitability analysis, to join our Finance Transformation practice.

You will lead the professional dialogue with clients’ finance teams, from analyzing issues and recommending an approach to designing processes and implementing solutions in SAP Group Reporting and PaPM, according to your area of expertise. The role offers end-to-end responsibility for turning financial requirements into working system solutions, with opportunities to develop the team and its capabilities.

Your role

• Lead discussions and workshops with controllers, finance leaders and consolidation teams to assess needs, address challenges and develop recommendations.
• Evaluate consolidation and reporting approaches, including currency translation, intercompany reconciliation and eliminations, equity movements, journals and controls.
• Design and implement cost allocation, costing and profitability analysis models in PaPM, working with finance and controlling teams to translate business logic into calculations and system rules.
• Translate agreed decisions into functional specifications and solution designs covering data structures, system rules, interfaces and controls.
• Perform hands-on Group Reporting configuration and implementation, while guiding delivery teams and working with local and global specialists.
• Lead functional and system testing, investigate differences in consolidation results, resolve issues and support go-live and initial financial closes.
• Manage workstreams and teams, review deliverable quality and develop professional knowledge; contribute to opportunity scoping and client proposals.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in financial systems consulting and implementation, including substantial experience with consolidation and financial reporting processes.
• Significant hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP Group Reporting — required.
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge of consolidation, with the ability to analyze complex issues and translate them into system solutions — required.
• Experience independently leading discussions with finance stakeholders and developing functional specifications — required.
• Experience leading teams or professional workstreams on complex projects.
• A relevant degree in accounting, economics, information systems or industrial engineering and management; CPA qualification is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of cost allocation, costing and profitability analysis processes; hands-on PaPM experience is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with SAC, BPC, BCS or S/4HANA Finance is an advantage.
• Ability to use AI tools in analysis, specification, testing and documentation, while validating the quality of their outputs.
• Strong independent learning, communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English.

• בחינת חלופות לתהליכי איחוד ודיווח, לרבות תרגום מטבע, התאמות וביטולים בין־חברתיים, תנועות הון, פקודות יומן ובקרות.
• אפיון ויישום מודלים להקצאת עלויות, תמחיר וניתוח רווחיות ב־PaPM, תוך עבודה עם גורמי הכספים והבקרה ותרגום הלוגיקה העסקית לחישובים ולכללי מערכת.
• תרגום ההחלטות המקצועיות לאפיונים ולתכנון פתרון, כולל מבנה נתונים, כללי מערכת, ממשקים ובקרות.
• יישום וקונפיגורציה בפועל ב־Group Reporting, לצד הובלת צוותי יישום ועבודה עם מומחים מקומיים וגלובליים.
• הובלת בדיקות מקצועיות ומערכתיות, ניתוח פערים בתוצאות האיחוד, פתרון תקלות וליווי העלייה לאוויר והסגירות הראשונות.
• ניהול תכולות וצוותים, בקרת איכות התוצרים ופיתוח ידע מקצועי; השתתפות באפיון הזדמנויות ובהכנת הצעות ללקוחות.
